Sunrise Mindfulness is pleased to present the world-renowned Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program, originally developed by
Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D. at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in 1979.
This highly engaging and supportive program is backed by research and well-respected within the medical community as a complement to traditional treatment approaches.
Since its beginnings, over 18,000 people have participated in the program in order to learn how to cope more effectively with a variety of conditions, including:
