Please click on one of the links below to register for the MBSR program. Attendance at one of the free orientation sessions led by the instructor is recommended prior to the first class. During orientation, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the MBSR program, experience some of the mindfulness methods and approaches used, ask questions, explore whether or not the program is right for you, and meet briefly in private with the instructor for a few minutes.
