What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is a practice that enables you to access your own inner resources and take better care of yourself by exploring the connection between mind and body.
It involves paying close attention to whatever is happening in your life with a sense of interest and curiosity, and nonjudgmentally.
Mindfulness is also about living in the present. Most of the time we are thinking about the past or preoccupied with thoughts about the future, rather than experiencing what is occurring in our lives as it is happening.
By paying attention to the here and now without judgment, it becomes increasingly possible to live life more fully and face life's challenges with a greater sense of acceptance and ease.
